European settlement of near Leesburg began in the late 1730s. Leesburg, like the rest of Loudoun, has undergone considerable growth and development over the last 30 years, transforming from a small, rural, piedmont town to a suburban bedroom community for commuters to the national capital.

Makers & Fabricators Wanted — Paid Collaboration in Loudoun County 🛠️

TheraBulb, a Loudoun County infrared lighting company, is building a new 1200W portable infrared sauna panel (launching Q4 2026), and we're hiring for several different roles to help design, prototype, and produce it:

🪵 CNC Operators / Woodworkers - clean, furniture-quality wood parts.
🖥️ CAD Modeler - model the design in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Inventor, or Onshape.
🔩 Metal Fabricator - build the bulb-guard cages. Welding and wire bending.

TheraBulb is an established company - 25,000+ monthly visitors, products sold worldwide. Potential for ongoing manufacturing.
