According to the American Heart Association, immediate CPR can double or triple someone's chance of survival after a heart attack. That's why certified CPR instructors in the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) offer quarterly training to volunteers to learn this life-saving skill. It's one of many ways MRC volunteers help support and protect our community.

If you're 18 or older and passionate about community health, consider volunteering for the MRC. Explore the different medical and nonmedical roles available: loudoun.gov/MRC
