To spark your creativity, here are a few examples of the many different items you can press your designs and photos onto using the sublimation printer. Each of our four makerspaces has a printer, sublimation materials available for purchase, and staff who are happy to show you how simple it is. Maker Monday at Gum Spring Library: This custom etched glass was made by patron Jodie to celebrate someone's birthday. Her process? She used the Silhouette Cameo cutter to create a stencil, placed it on the glass, and applied etching cream to work its magic. Check out this complex design (with over a dozen thread changes!) that one of our young patrons, Addison, completed. She then drew a rendition of her design for staff.
