Hi my book loving friends and neighbors! It has been a bit since I have posted. It was brought to my attention that people may not be happy with the book selections in the Book Boat. Please know, when I first started this I spent a lot of money on books by going to Good Will and Friends of the library to help get this project off the ground. We have also received a lot of books as donations. This is a community free little library. I have a small stock of books to fill when we get low but that is it. How this works is by people taking a book and leaving a book. The selection depends on what the community puts in the sharing box at this point. I do not control the content or genre of what is placed in the box. That is all you guys! Feel free to post on this post what kind of books you are interested in and maybe someone in the community has some to donate. This is a little passion project that I wanted to bring to our community, but it really maintains itself by the community help and support. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I will try to get down there today to rotate out some books, but I will be honest, I have a lot of thriller books and a ton of kids books and whatnot. Thanks!
