🎉 What a Day at 519th Military Police Battalion! 🎉

Today was truly one for the books! A day packed with laughter, memories, and heartfelt farewells — but definitely not goodbyes.

We had the honor of witnessing one of our stellar supply sergeants re-enlist, showing true dedication and commitment to the mission. 💪 Then, we closed the day with our final Hail and Farewell, where the 519th family came together one last time to celebrate and shine light on the marvelous soldiers who have made this battalion so special.

As we approach inactivation, we want to remind everyone: Go Vipers! 🐍 Keep pushing forward, keep shining, and continue to do great things wherever you go.

Last week Friday, the 519th Military Police Battalion had the privilege of honoring a few of our outstanding soldiers as they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their lives. Each of them has made a lasting impact on our organization, and we are truly grateful for their dedication, service, and leadership.

A special moment during the ceremony was presenting MSG Carey with the Lifetime Honorary Membership Award—a well-deserved recognition for her unwavering commitment and contributions to the battalion.

To all those we celebrated: thank you for everything you’ve given to the 519th. Your legacy will continue to inspire those who follow. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors—once a Viper, always a Viper!

We are honored to announce the inactivation Ceremony of the 519th Military Police Battalion, taking place on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 at 1000 hours.

This special event will commemorate the legacy, accomplishments, and unwavering dedication of the “Vipers” throughout the years. It’s a time to celebrate our history, our people, and the impact we’ve made together.

We welcome our soldiers, families, and supporters to join us in honoring this incredible chapter of our battalion’s journey. Let’s come together to celebrate the pride and excellence of the 519th one last time.

📢 Celebrating Our Vipers & Honoring Departing Units 🇺🇸

This past Friday, the 519th MP BN took time to celebrate the incredible talent, bravery, and dedication of the soldiers within our ranks. Your hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed—thank you for all that you do!

At the same time, we bid a heartfelt farewell to the 383rd Movement Control Team (MCT) and 41st Transportation. While their absence will be felt, their contributions and impact will never be forgotten. We wish them nothing but success in their future endeavors.

The 519th MP BN traveled to Vicksburg, MS to participate in Staff Ride. They focused on the Vicksburg campaign and visited several Civil War memorial sites throughout the trip.
