Thank you to the Leetsdale residents for coming out to clean up the town on Saturday! The group picked up tons of litter & was able to avoid the rain till the end. Our PA State Rep. Valerie Gaydos was helping as well. Thank you to Mayor Sandra Ford for organizing the event, as well as to Council President Maria Napolitano, Vice-President Osman Awad, and Councilman James Degori.

Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place in Henle Park on Saturday, April 4, at 12:00 noon. Please note the correct time!

There will be separate egg hunt areas set up for children of different ages. Meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy light refreshments.

Street sweeping in Leetsdale will begin next week, March 23. The tickets for improperly parked cars will be issued starting April 15. Please refer to posted street signs to insure compliance with posted parking restrictions.

Leetsdale has been fortunate to secure a grant from PA Department of Health via the WalkWorks program, to fully fund the borough's first Active Transportation Plan. The borough has hired Pashek+MTR to complete the work.

Please come to this public meeting to voice your opinion on accessibility, walkability, and access to public transit in Leetsdale. It is open to everyone who lives or works in Leetsdale, or visits the borough for shopping, recreation, or events.

Update on the Snow Clean-Up

The Borough has a plan, supported by the local emergency declaration, to work overtime and utilize help from private contractors in removing the remaining snow mounds from the streets. Today, the crews had worked on Broad St., with other areas to follow.

To help expedite the clean-up in your area, please move your cars from the affected spots so that the crew can access the snow mounds with their equipment.
