Hi Families! Just a reminder that tomorrow (and every Friday) is House Spirit Day. Students can wear their house colors to show off their spirit and pride. Being out of uniform is allowed as long as representing house colors and is school appropriate.

Please remember, no jeans/jean shorts with rips/tears (even if there is fabric underneath) or pajamas. Shoes must be closed-toed and school appropriate- no slides, crocs, or slippers, or sandals. We do not have any grey, black, khaki, or camo house colors. Spirit wear must be the color of your house. Administration reserves the right to determine if a student is out of dress code and student will be sent to the clinic to change into a proper uniform.

🐢🌊 Diving Into Excellence in Ms. Neace’s Class! 🌊🐢
What an exciting time to be a learner in 5th grade! Our students in Ms. Neace’s class are diving into math and science with curiosity, teamwork, and a determination to succeed.
In math, students are applying the standard algorithm, working step-by-step, checking their work, and building confidence in their problem-solving skills. ➗✏️
In science, our young scientists are investigating through hands-on learning—observing, asking questions, experimenting, analyzing results, and drawing conclusions. 🔬🌊
We are so proud of the way our students continue to dive deeper, think critically, and take ownership of their learning!

🐛Ms. Faasse's classes worked together today to 'Save Fred!' His boat flipped over, he fell out, and the life preserver was stuck under the boat. Students had to work collaboratively to successfully flip the boat over, place the life preserver on Fred, and then get Fred back in the boat without using their hands! Students were given 4 paper clips and had to figure out how to complete the mission. Students devised their plan, carried out the plan, and then evaluated if their original plan worked or if there were tweaks needed.🛟
