Our hearts are full. ❤️ What an incredible Serve Day at Tortuga Preserve Elementary! 💙🐢

A huge thank you to Cape Christian Church for choosing our school once again for your annual Serve Day project. We were grateful to welcome a team of about 15 volunteers from Cape Christian who partnered with about 8 members of our TPE staff to complete several meaningful projects across our campus.

Together, this amazing group:
🌱 Completed a large garden project
🧼 Pressure washed our back field pavilion area
🎨 Painted our sensory room for our students

Because of your time, hard work, and heart for service, our campus is an even more beautiful and welcoming place for our students.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Lowe’s N.E. Ft. Myers for generously donating 100 bags of mulch to support our garden project. Your contribution helped bring this space to life for our students and staff!

This was our third year completing a serve day project. We are truly grateful for our continued partnership with Cape Christian Church and the generosity of community partners who support our school. Your willingness to serve makes a lasting difference for our students and staff.

Today we had the honor of welcoming our Superintendent, Dr. Carlin, and School Board Member, Armor Persons, to Tortuga Preserve Elementary!

They spent time visiting classrooms, talking with our incredible teachers, and engaging with our students as they worked hard and showcased their learning. There is something special about seeing our classrooms in action, and we are grateful they took the time to see firsthand the dedication, heart, and high expectations that fill our campus each day.

Thank you, Dr. Carlin and Mr. Persons, for your leadership, your support, and for investing your time in our TPE family. We are proud to share the amazing things happening at Tortuga Preserve Elementary! 🐢💚

Attention Incoming Kindergarten Families for the 25-26 School Year!

Your child is invited to participate in our 25-26 Kindergarten Jumpstart Program at Tortuga Preserve! Please reserve your child's spot by filling out the form below by July 18.

Students will have the chance to get to know some of the Kindergarten teachers, get to know the school building and learn some important school procedures!

The program is July 29 and 30 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. Students are highly encouraged to participate BOTH days. More information will be sent via email after registration has closed.

At this time, we are only accepting students in general education classrooms. We will not have an ESE teacher or support staff for our self contained (SF or SE) students.
