The Town of Leicester is now working on a new Master Plan!
Updating the Master Plan isn’t just a formality—it’s a crucial step that allows us to reassess and realign the town’s goals for the next 20 years. It involves gathering community feedback through surveys and workshops to ensure our town’s future reflects your needs, concerns, and ideas.
What’s the goal of the survey and workshop?
The survey and upcoming workshop are designed to hear directly from you. The input we collect will shape strategies for improving areas like housing, economic development, transportation, open space, and more. This is your chance to make a difference in the future of Leicester—it’s not just about talk, it’s about action.

Additionally, the public is invited to attend Master Plan Steering Committee Meetings:
When: Every 3rd Thursday of the month, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Where: Town Hall, Room 3
At these meetings, you’ll get the opportunity to share your opinions as we finalize the plan that will guide the next 20 years of growth and development in Leicester.
