As gardeners, this heat wave places tremendous stress on our beloved plants, but don’t forget to take care of yourself.

☀️Work early in the morning before midday and afternoon heat
☀️Stay hydrated. Keep your water bottle handy.
☀️Wear sunscreen and a large hat.
☀️Set a timer for frequent breaks.
☀️Learn the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke☀️🥵
