September renewal notices have been sent. Haven't gotten yours yet? You can still renew without a bill in hand.
You have several options to renew:
1. Stop by our office in person with cash, check, or card Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm
2. Submit via mail to 125 East Market St, Leitchfield, KY 42754 with a check and add $2 for postage and handling
3. Swing by our drive thru with cash, check, or card (limit of 3 or less renewals) Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm
4. Drop in our drop-box 24/7 (located at the drive thru) with a check and add $2 for postage and handling
5. Call us to renew by phone with credit or debit card @ (270) 259-3201 Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm
6. Renew online with debit or credit card @ https://secure.kentucky.gov/kytc/renewal/Session/AddRenewal
***PLEASE NOTE
Sometimes we are required to submit a proof of insurance in order to renew your registration. It is a good idea to have that in hand just in case. You may bring a paper copy or email a virtual copy for us to print out for you to [email protected]

While the Grayson County Clerk's Office, and the Grayson Circuit Clerk's Office do *NOT* offer driver's licensing services, there is a regional office located within our county! You can click the link to find an office and schedule a trip here: https://drive.ky.gov/Pages/Find-an-Office.aspx

Need a duplicate? You can create a MyDrive account and skip a trip and apply online! Your MyDrive account offers many other services also.

The Leitchfield location does NOT currently offer any testing. Just renewals at this time. Their information can be viewed below. To speak with a representative, you can call (502) 764-3170 or if that number is unavailable, (502) 564-1257. It is advised to schedule an appointment online at the link above, or walk ins are accepted at this location.

TOMORROW TUESDAY, AUGUST 5 2026

The Deed Room will be closing at 9 am and for the remainder of the day for the delinquent property tax sale. If your property taxes have not been paid it is advisable to pay them TODAY. The due date for 2025 property tax bills in Ky is December 31, 2025. If you are unsure if your taxes have been paid, you can view the listing on our website.

Deed Room reopens to the public promptly at 8 am Wednesday.

You can pay in person today by cash, check, or card (with a fee) or by phone with a card (with a fee).
