This past Monday the 27th, Washington invited us for a training. It was a great opportunity to be able to do a training with our Mutual Aid partners. Being able to work with and learn alongside other departments is a valuable asset to all communities involved that we serve.

In this scenario, there were two individuals trapped under a log pile. We were able to stabilize the logs lift the logs using airbags to pull the parties out.

Today we hosted New England Fire Training. Departments alongside us were Walpole and Alstead. It’s a great training to help us prepare for when the unthinkable happens. Along with that training, we also had firefighter down. This prepares us if another firefighter goes down on scene, gear taken off and CPR started.
