Thank you to every patron that has been so patient as we opened this season with a new system and lots of new, young staff. We have experienced some glitches, but continue to work hard on resolving those issues to make pool admission and Snack Shop purchases easier for everyone. We hope that so far this week, you've enjoyed your visits to the pool and treats from the Snack Shop.

*Reminder for those with Season Pool Passes: you will need to scan your QR code EVERY TIME you or a member of your family enters the pool. Each person on your season pass has a unique QR code. If you do not wish to bring in your phone (or send a phone with your child), you are able to print your QR code and scan that upon entry. Your QR code appears immediately when you log into your online account, and you can use the 'Select Member' drop down just under your code to find those for the others on your pool pass. Need help? Just ask the staff at the Pool Desk.

Splash Land opens for the season today at 1pm. The large water slide is currently closed; after filling the pool and starting up the slide, it was apparent that the motor needed attention. It's been sent out for repairs and will be reinstalled as soon as we get it back.

In addition, we have new staff this year and are working with an entirely new system. We ask for your patience as we are all still learning and promise to do our very best to be efficient and helpful...we know how excited everyone is to get back in the pool. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
