We are excited to have Chantelle join our team and bring her passion, experience, and dedication to serving our residents and families.

Chantelle has a background in nursing, respiratory care and healthcare leadership, and she is compassionate to providing high quality care to our residents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs! She is excited to be a part of the Sage Grove community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships within the community.
