Lennox Pedestrian Plan Pop-Up Workshops
In partnership with S**G Go Human, LA County Department of Public Health invites you to join us at two upcoming pop-up workshops outside of Lennox Park. These fun, interactive events will give you the opportunity to provide input on the draft Lennox Community Pedestrian Plan while trying out temporary crossing enhancements along Lennox Boulevard!

CIERRE COMPLETO EN UNA DIRECCIÓN: SEPULVEDA BOULEVARD NORTE ENTRE CENTURY BOULEVARD Y 98TH STREET Sábado, 18 de julio, 1 a.m. hasta el domingo, 19 de julio, 4:30 a.m. Las calles podrían reabrirse antes si las actividades de construcción se completan antes de lo previsto.
Se ha programado un cierre completo en dirección norte de Sepulveda Boulevard entre Century Boulevard y 98th Street para el sábado 18 de julio a la 1 a.m., de manera continua hasta el domingo 19 de julio a las 4:30 a.m. Los carriles cerrados podrían reabrirse antes si las actividades de construcción se completan antes de lo previsto.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones para las intersecciones seleccionadas afectadas por el cierre:

Norte de Sepulveda Boulevard en Imperial Highway - Los conductores que viajen hacia el norte por Sepulveda Blvd deben girar hacia el este o el oeste en Imperial Highway. Si van a LAX, usen rutas alternativas a las terminales de LAX por Century Blvd.

Salida oeste de la Interestatal 105 hacia el norte de Sepulveda Boulevard - Los conductores que salen desde la Interestatal 105 en dirección oeste pueden viajar hacia el norte por el túnel de Sepulveda Boulevard, pero deben seguir las señales hacia Century Boulevard en dirección este, o seguir las señales que llevan a las terminales de LAX.

Century Boulevard y Aviation Boulevard en dirección oeste - Los conductores que viajen hacia el oeste por Century deben girar hacia el norte o hacia el sur en Aviation si no van a LAX. Si van a LAX, continúen por Century, que los llevará al área central de terminales de LAX.

Habrá rutas de desvío disponibles para quienes quieran evitar este cierre total. El acceso hacia y desde LAX y los negocios locales se mantendrá en todo momento. Este cierre total estará vigente mientras el equipo trabaja en un futuro Puente Peatonal que cruzará Sepulveda Boulevard en la intersección con Century Boulevard, ayudando a mejorar el acceso y la seguridad peatonal mientras se facilita el flujo de tráfico en el área. FULL DIRECTIONAL CLOSURE:
NORTHBOUND SEPULVEDA BOULEVARD BETWEEN CENTURY BOULEVARD AND 98TH STREET
Saturday, July 18, 1 A.M. through Sunday, July 19, 4:30 A.M.
Streets may reopen earlier if construction activities are completed ahead of schedule
A full directional closure of northbound Sepulveda Boulevard between Century Boulevard and 98th Street is scheduled for Saturday, July 18 at 1 a.m., continuously through Sunday, July 19 at 4:30 a.m. Closed lanes may reopen earlier if construction activities are completed ahead of schedule.


Please note the following guidance for selected intersections affected by the closure:

Northbound Sepulveda Boulevard at Imperial Highway - Motorists traveling northbound on Sepulveda Blvd must turn onto either eastbound or westbound Imperial Highway. If traveling to LAX, use alternate routes to LAX terminals via Century Blvd.
Westbound Interstate 105 Off-ramp to Northbound Sepulveda Boulevard - Motorists exiting from westbound Interstate 105 Fwy may travel northbound through the Sepulveda Boulevard tunnel, but must either follow signs to eastbound Century Boulevard, or follow signs leading to LAX terminals.
Westbound Century Boulevard and Aviation Boulevard - Motorists traveling westbound on Century must either turn onto either northbound or southbound Aviation if they are not traveling to LAX. If traveling to LAX, continue along Century, which will enter LAX's central terminal area.

Detour routes will be available for those looking to avoid this full closure. Access to and from LAX and local businesses will be maintained at all times. LADOT traffic officers and flaggers will be deployed at key intersections along designated detour routes to assist with traffic flow. For maps and more information, please visit lax.to/atmpimpacts.

Please remain alert when traveling near active construction areas, follow all posted signage, and allow extra time for your commute throughout this weekend.

This full closure will be in place while crews work on a future Pedestrian Bridge that will span Sepulveda Boulevard at the intersection of Century Boulevard, helping to improve pedestrian access and safety while easing traffic flow at the area.
