Today, Wampler’s Farm Sausage is helping make a difference right here in Loudon County — and we are so proud to be part of it!

Wampler’s is supporting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library through the Loudon County Education Foundation, helping put more books into the hands of local children and giving them the gift of a love for reading.

🎯💙 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE AIM FOR ADVOCACY!

Our hearts are FULL after another amazing Wampler’s Farm Sausage Aim for Advocacy Clay Shoot! We had two wonderful days at Iron Mountain Sporting Clays filled with friendly competition, laughter, fellowship, generosity, and—most importantly—a community coming together for the children we serve at Kids First Child Advocacy Center of the Ninth Judicial District.

🎯 Aim for Advocacy 2026 – Your Event Guide & Everything You Need to Know!

It’s almost time!

We are so excited to welcome all of our participants and sponsors to the 9th Annual Wampler’s Farm Sausage Aim for Advocacy Clay Shoot, benefiting Kids First Child Advocacy Center of the Ninth Judicial District!

We have an incredible event planned and cannot wait to see everyone at beautiful Iron Mountain Sporting Clays. Get ready for a great day of sporting clays, friendly competition, fellowship, great food, an amazing silent auction, and FUN—all while making a difference for children in our community!

Please take a few minutes to review this important information before you arrive.

EVENT SCHEDULE – BOTH DAYS

🎯 MORNING FLIGHT – 9:00 AM
8:00 AM – Gates/Registration Open and Breakfast & Coffee Served
8:30 AM – Silent Auction Opens
8:45 AM – MANDATORY Morning Flight Safety Meeting
9:00 AM – Morning Flight Begins
11:30 AM–12:45 PM – Lunch for BOTH Morning & Afternoon Flights
During Lunch – 💙 Special Kids First CAC Presentation/Morning Flight Awards
4:00 PM – Silent Auction Closes

🎯 AFTERNOON FLIGHT – 1:00 PM

IMPORTANT FOR AFTERNOON SHOOTERS: Please plan to arrive in time to check in and join us for lunch between 11:30 AM and 12:45 PM before the mandatory 12:45 PM safety meeting – you also won’t want to miss an opportunity to check out our silent auction items and place your bid!

🎯 GEAR UP! WHAT TO BRING:
• Shotgun – Bring your own or gun rentals (limited) are available at Iron Mountain.
• Ammo – We suggest approximately 100 shells. Additional ammunition will be available for purchase on-site.
• Eye Protection – Safety glasses or sunglasses. Protective eyewear will also be available for purchase.
• Ear Protection – Bring your own or pick some up at the event.
• Your competitive spirit! – Come ready for a great day of fun, fellowship, and friendly competition for an even greater cause!

TEAM CHECK-IN:
Teams will need to check in and pick up:
• Team t-shirts/Goody Bags
• Golf cart key (1 per team - Golf cart keys will match your team number)

IMPORTANT – WAIVERS
Every shooter must have a signed waiver before participating.
If you have not completed your waiver prior to the event, you must sign it at check-in before shooting.

BREAKFAST, COFFEE & LUNCH:
• Morning Flight: Breakfast and hot coffee will be served beginning at 8:00 AM during registration.
• Both Morning & Afternoon Flights: Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM–12:45 PM.
• During lunch, we will share a special presentation from Kids First Child Advocacy Center about the mission your participation and generosity are helping support.
• Morning flight awards will also be presented during lunch.

We hope everyone will join us for lunch. It’s a wonderful opportunity for both flights to come together, enjoy some fellowship, and see firsthand why Aim for Advocacy matters and the difference your support makes for the children and families we serve.

SILENT AUCTION:
We have some amazing silent auction items this year, so don't miss your chance to bid!

It was a HUGE success, and we are beyond grateful for the incredible support we continue to receive from our community. 💙
