Mark your calendars for a little boot scoot and boogie! We are hosting a line dancing class with Caitlin Daubenmire Friday, Oct. 23rd. The class is FREE we just ask that you purchase a beverage. We will see you on the dance floor!!!

City of Lenoir facilities will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in celebration of Labor Day. Garbage pickup will be affected.

City Hall, Lenoir Aquatic & Fitness Center, Martin Luther King Jr. Center, Mulberry Recreation Center, and the City of Lenoir Recycling Center will be closed Monday.

City Solid Waste Division staff will not collect garbage Monday, Sept. 7. Monday's garbage route will be picked up on Wednesday, Sept. 9. All other household garbage pickups will remain on a normal schedule Labor Day week. There will be no bulk collection Labor Day week.
