Due to continued dry conditions, the Fannin County Burn Ban has been extended until further notice.

⚠️ No outdoor burning is allowed — this includes brush piles, trash, and campfires.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our community safe. One small spark can lead to a large wildfire under these conditions.

🚒 Memorial Service Honoring O.H. Nolen 🚒

Please join us this Saturday, May 24th during Memorial Day Weekend as we gather to honor the life and legacy of O.H. Nolen, a devoted public servant and beloved member of our fire department family.

O.H. Nolen dedicated his life to the service and safety of others. This memorial service is a time to reflect, remember, and give thanks for the impact he made on our community. All are welcome to attend as we celebrate his life and pay tribute to his commitment and sacrifice.

The Fannin County Judge has issued a 48-hour emergency Burn Ban, due to the extreme weather conditions. Violation of the ban could result in a fine and/or jail time. Please wait to burn that brush pile, or do outdoor welding, etc... BE SAFE.

Thank you to all our very generous sponsors and our amazing community for all your support of our 2nd Annual Bois D’ Arc Festival. Because of your kindness and support we were able to donate $13,000 to the Fannin County First Responders!
