This is a message from White County Alerts ; As dry conditions continue, the hazard level for our county continues to increase. White County will enter a Burn Ban effective Friday, August 15th, at 8am. Please refrain from any outdoor burning after this time. Thank you.

Memorial services for Randy Allred will be held on Saturday, August 3rd at the Searcy First Assembly located at 101 Benton Avenue, Searcy, AR. Services will begin at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to consider donating to Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute at UAMS in Little Rock or your local volunteer fire department.
