We are on the bus and headed home! We made one last stop this morning- Mount Vernon (the home of George Washington). This trip has been absolutely wonderful! The kids have been fantastic- they have all been respectful, kind and punctual.

Today the travelers got to enjoy a day at Kings Dominion! It was an absolutely gorgeous day and the kids were wonderful!

Day 4 was another full day for our travelers! We started the morning with a private Capitol tour that was amazing! We even got to go out onto the Speakers box! What an amazing view! From there we went to the Holocaust Museum, the Smithsonian Museum of African American History, and then the International Spy Museum. After a brief dinner stop at We The Pizza, we went to the Lincoln Memorial where we met up with a group from Cornersville School! We enjoyed seeing our friends and got a picture before checking out the Vietnam Wall and the Korean War Memorial.

Day 3 was another full day! Arlington cemetery and the Changing of Guards this morning, the American History Museum, the Natural History Museum, the National Archives, the Washington Monument, the 9-11 Memorial, and then dinner and ice cream in Old Alexandria. Whew! We are tired! But everyone has been so great!

What a day! Monticello this morning, then the Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum, Dinner in Georgetown,the FDR Memorial and the MLK Jr Memorial. The views from the Tidal Basin were spectacular tonight! The best part however is how great our kids have been! So proud of our Marshall County Bunch ❤️

Tryouts are open to upcoming 6th,7th and 8th graders. Must have a completed current physical to tryout.

We made it to Virginia! First stop- the University of Virginia. So far the kids have been absolutely wonderful!
