Daniel Pitino Shelter is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional to join our leadership team as our Director of Finance and Operations.

This full-time position will work closely with the Executive Director to help oversee organizational operations while serving as the primary leader for financial management, human resources, compliance, budgeting, payroll, grant administration, and administrative operations at Daniel Pitino Shelter.

The Director of Finance and Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of our organization while supporting our mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness through shelter, housing, and supportive services.

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience in finance, accounting, business administration, nonprofit management, or human resources
✔ Possesses strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Thrives in a mission-focused environment
✔ Values accountability, teamwork, and stewardship
✔ Wants to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families experiencing homelessness

This position serves as a member of the leadership team and works collaboratively with leadership staff at Daniel Pitino Shelter to support organizational success.
