As a Program Clinical Supervisor for Behavioral Health Homes you will utilize your skills in:
Clinical Supervision – encourage the professional growth of staff and ensure delivery of quality services to our consumers.
Program Development – use your ideas and expertise for continued growth and innovation in the programming we offer.
Health Promotion and Advocacy – encourage and promote whole health and wellness for staff and population served.
Community Involvement – utilize your strengths in becoming a community liaison between TCMHS and other agencies/resources.
Requirements :
A Master's degree and Maine clinical licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc , LCPC, LMFT or APRN-CNS), computer proficiency and valid driver's license are required. Independent Licensure with three (3) years post licensure experience preferred. TCMHS encourages dual clinical licensure to include CADC or LADC licensure. Familiarity with a recovery-based, trauma-sensitive treatment approach preferred
