After being unable to locate the owner(s), they were transported to the SPCA for shelter. * At 1232 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of
Niagara Falls, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, Lockport, Amherst, Tonawanda, Grand
Island, Newfane, Pendleton, Lewiston, and Youngstown.

INSTRUCTIONS: Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
