A worshop about Emerald Ash Borer EAB -- these are tree-killing insects that can impact ash trees.
Workshop is by the MT Invasive Species Council and DNRC.

Meeting tonight (Tuesday) at 6 pm at Fergus High school related to the proposed bond election in Sept. There will be a tax expert who will talk about impacts to property owners. And two people will talk about TED and TIF districts which can help local entities such as school districts lesson tax burdens. The presentation will be 6pm till 6:30 pm. The school board members will be there also after to answer questions and people can look at the building.
Please plan to attend.

Shane Klakken just came out with a statement on Montana data centers that exposes a HUGE vulnerability. His position on this issue, and his silence on things that matter, gives us a massive opening to reach undecided voters across Fergus and Petroleum counties.

Forget just "moving the needle"—we've been hearing that line for decades. This is the year we put a Democrat back in this seat. But to take advantage of this opening, I need you with me.

Keep an eye out on this page over the next couple of days—I’m going to be asking for small, specific teams for a few targeted projects.

Lots of special deals.

Hi Folks!
Your Intrepid candidate for MT House District 37 here!

My first live interview with WXLO Live is in the bag! Right now my days are full of writing personal letters to the great people of HD-37. It's a LOT of letters!! There's a reason . . . what do most people do with the slick, shiny political postcards that come in the mail?? Yep! So, I'm writing letters, one at a time, and mailing 17 every single day until October 9th when the mail-in Ballots go out!

I want to encourage my fellow Democrats. In this election there is no "lose!" Even if I'm not elected, we win! We are moving the needle and making a difference, and that won't change whatever happens.

I actually believe that I do have a good chance of being elected! But "move the needle" or getting elected both take money! We are getting the message out there, but I need your help!!

Fergus and Petroleum counties haven't had a Democratic Representative since Bill Stout in 1947, and has NEVER had a woman represent them in Helena! Let's change that!!

Lewistown Public Library Friends of the Library group has the next beginning of the month book sale at the Book station, 621 W. Main St. -- on Friday July 31 and Sat. Aug. 1st
Friday noon till 5pm and Sat. 9am till 12:30 pm.
Lots of newly donated books in all genres.
Many large print books and we also have a lot of American history, biographies and memoirs plus general nonfiction too.

Because of the extreme heat in Lewistown, the Fergus County Disaster and Emergency Services dept. has opened a cooling center at
Council on Aging Building
307 W. Watson (near the Fire Dept/police dept..)
Today Sat. July 25 and Sunday July 26
10am till 6 pm both days
There will be cold water, fresh fruit and popsicles available for anyone needing a place to escape the heat outdoors.
Please check on your friends and neighbors to avoid heat related problems./
