Lewistown Quint 633. Took delivery Friday and put equipment on it Friday and Saturday. Ran through pump and ladder with members that came to help and a few from Cuba FD. Another training Tuesday night. Great addition to the fleet. A few pics at end to show before and after pics.

The Lewistown Head Start students stopped by the station for a field trip. Students listened to a brief fire safety program and toured the station. Thanks for coming by we enjoyed having you! PS, we were told it was also pajama day!

Edgar Lee Masters Day, First Responders Meet and Greet was Saturday. Thanks to those who participated with us. Salvation Army, Lewistown ESDA, Buckheart Fire Department and Lewistown Police. A few future Firemen took a closer look at some of the fire trucks at the event.

A big Thank You! to the Havana National Bank in Lewistown for your generous donation. The Bank was established in 1875 which reflects the donation amount. The funds will be used to purchase medical equipment and supplies for the rescue squad.

It was our pleasure to host the Lewistown Head Start classes today at the fire station. The students participated in an activity learning "stay low and go!" They also learned about fire prevention and toured the fire station. Thanks again for stopping by, we enjoyed seeing all of you!

Thanks to Lewistown Elementary School students and staff for having us on Thursday. Sparky was happy to woof around about fire safety! He reminds us to change the batteries in your smoke detectors when the time changes. Thanks also to Buckheart Fire Department for coming over and assisting us!

It's National Fire Prevention Week! We are looking forward to seeing the students at Lewistown Elementary School to talk about Fire safety! Sparky reminds everyone to check your smoke detectors, they save lives!
