Congratulations to our very first Lewistown Fire Department Cadet of The Year! This year Dalton has made 16 hours of training and 147 Emergency calls! Dalton has been with us since day one! Everyone here at Lewistown Fire Department is very proud of all the great things all of our Cadets have accomplished this year!

As today is the last day of Fire Prevention Week 2020, we want to let you know on this election year that "Fire Safety Gets Our Vote." Below is a photo of the activity book that was distributed to over 200 students in our school district. The activity book provides information about how important it is for adults and children to make good choices everyday- which also includes life changing decisions. Changes such as helping family test smoke alarms each month, having a fire escape plan for your home and a meeting place, if there is smoke, stay low and go, and if there is a fire and you see firemen do not be afraid. Sometimes we look scary with our gear on but we are here to help! Stay safe everyone, and we will be seeing you around!
