🌟 KVC Kentucky had an amazing time at the Kentucky Nonprofit Day at the State Capitol on February 20th!

It was an honor to be part of such an inspiring event, connecting with other nonprofit leaders and showcasing the incredible work we’re doing to support children and families across the Commonwealth. We also had the opportunity to learn about HB 622, along with other important house bills being presented that will impact nonprofits across Kentucky.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who engaged with us and showed support for the work we’re doing to make a difference!

💜 Supporting Our Community, Our Staff and Our Clients 💜

The recent flooding in Kentucky has devastated countless homes, communities and lives—many of them close to our hearts. At KVC Kentucky, this tragedy hits especially hard, as it affects the people we serve and our own staff members and their families.

Today, we took action and purchased essential goods and supplies—everything from water and food, to hygiene items and cleaning supplies—to help those who have been impacted. We are more committed than ever to supporting those who need it most. Thank you to everyone who is supporting the recovery efforts and to all the incredible first responders and volunteers.

Earlier this year, two people were referred to KSTEP—one battling substance use and another after a su***de attempt. Their journey since then has been nothing short of inspiring.

The individual who once felt lost is now a leader—featured on the news, published in a medical magazine and making an impact. At the same time, a father in the program just hit 200 days sober, proving that change is possible with the right support.

KSTEP helps parents and caregivers take control of their future by providing in-home support, access to treatment and a team that has their back. This program breaks down barriers and helps families rebuild—stronger than ever.
