Wolfden Deli students from White Knoll High had the opportunity to put their employability skills into action as they catered a Principals Appreciation Lunch during the District Leadership Team meeting.

From grocery shopping and food preparation to setting up, serving, and cleaning up, the students demonstrated the skills they have been learning in the classroom in a real-world work environment.

Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated teamwork, responsibility, communication, problem-solving, and professionalism. Most importantly, they showed what they are capable of when given meaningful opportunities to shine!

White Knoll's Sarah Fisher said, "I could not be more proud of these students! They worked hard, represented White Knoll High School exceptionally well, and did an outstanding job! This is what our Occupational Credential Program and school-based enterprises are all about—building confidence, developing independence, and preparing students for success beyond the classroom."
