UPDATE - (11:42 am 2.11.25): All Lextran routes will run regularly scheduled service beginning with the 12:15 pm departure from the Transit Center on Tuesday, 2.11.25.

Due to winter weather, all Lextran routes will begin service on Snow Plan Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Due to scheduled maintenance, real-time tracking info in the MyStop app, through our “Text-for-Next” system, and on the Lextran website will experience outages today, Tuesday, January 28, beginning at approximately 10:30 am.

All buses will continue to run their regular routes.

UPDATE 7:45 a.m. - At 8:45 a.m. all routes will return to regular route except Route 3 & Route 5.

Some routes will be operating on regular route and some will remain on Snow Plan.

The following routes will return to regular route with the 9:50 a.m. departure from the Transit Center:
Route 7 – N Limestone
Route 8 – Versailles Rd
Route 11 – Richmond Rd
Route 14 – UK Blue/White
Route 15 – Red Mile
Route 16 – Southland
Route 24 – Old Frankfort Pike

The improvements will increase the overall reliability and timeliness of Route 3 – Tates Creek Road, Route 4 – Newtown Pike, and Route 12 – Leestown Road.

Lextran is implementing service improvements that will impact three routes beginning this Sunday, December 22, 2024.

Lextran is implementing service improvements that will impact three routes beginning December 22, 2024.

Reminder - Lextran will provide service for Thanksgiving Day with routes following a Sunday schedule. As a thank you to customers, fare is waived today for all passengers.
