Today we honor the life of Ahmaud Arbery.

He was a son, a runner, and a neighbor who deserved to move through his community with peace and safety. We remember him not just for the tragedy of his murder, but for the human being he was.

May we continue to work toward a world where every person of color can walk or run or live without fear.
