A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our Mental Health Walk! 💚
We are so grateful to our amazing community partners who shared valuable resources and information, helping continue the conversation around mental wellness and support. Thank you as well to CHEFs Catering for providing such delicious food that everyone enjoyed throughout the event!
And to all of the community members, families, and supporters who weathered the rain with us...thank you! Thank you for showing up and making the day so special. Even though the weather was wet, the smiles, conversations, and sense of community made it an incredible experience. In many ways, the rain felt symbolic…almost like a reminder that even through storms, we can come together, support one another, and find hope and healing.
Thank you for helping make the event meaningful, memorable, and full of heart. 💚

Caring for one another also means creating safe spaces at home. Taking steps like locking medications, securing fi****ms, and talking openly about difficult emotions can help protect the people we love. These actions are part of how we create healthier, safer futures across every generation.
