Ms. Weir’s class kicked off the year with a meaningful activity inspired by I Am Enough by Grace Byers.

After reading the story together, students created self-portraits while talking about what it means to know that you are enough - just as you are.

We love creating a classroom where students feel seen, valued, and confident in who they are. Because every Charger deserves to know: You are enough. You are important. You belong. 💙💛

Fall sports are officially underway at DCA! 🏐⚽

Our Girls Volleyball and Boys Soccer teams hit the court and field today for their first games of the season! We loved seeing our Chargers compete, work together, and represent DCA.

At DCA, we believe every student deserves opportunities to discover their strengths, build confidence, and shine, both in the classroom and beyond. Athletics is just one of the many ways our students can find their place, challenge themselves, and be part of something bigger.

We’re excited for a great fall season ahead. Go Chargers! 💙

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of welcoming our students back to campus! We loved seeing our Chargers arrive this morning and kick off a brand-new school year.

What an AMAZING Open House! 💙💛

Our Open House was a HUGE success, and we loved seeing so many smiling faces throughout Davidson Charter Academy! From excited students and proud parents to enthusiastic teachers and staff, the energy was absolutely contagious!

A HUGE thank you to Kona Ice of Salisbury for coming out and treating everyone to a cool, sweet treat on such a HOT day! 🍧 You definitely helped make our Open House even more special!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made today so memorable. We are counting down the hours until we get to welcome you all back through our doors on Monday!
