Key Assets Kentucky specializes in offering support services in two distinct areas: residential treatment group home care for youth with autistic and/or developmental disabilities, and behavioral health counseling services for youth, adults and families in times of crisis. Key Assets Kentucky is licensed in Central Kentucky and believes in a brighter future for all Kentuckians. Through their two outreach programs, they seek to improve the lives of the clients they serve, and their families, by offering high levels of care and support in loving and hopeful environments.

We celebrated our amazing KAK team during our biannual all-staff meeting! From sharing our successes throughout the year to recognizing team members who have dedicated anywhere from 15 years to just one month of service, every contribution is worth celebrating. 💙

We’re looking for the right people - not just more applicants.

Youth Care Workers show up for young people when they need consistency, patience, compassion, and someone who believes in them.

It means:
• Building trust and positive relationships
• Understanding that behavior has a story
• Providing safety, structure, and support
• Helping youth build life skills and reach their goals
• Treating every young person with dignity and respect

This work is important, and it can also be challenging. But for the right person, it can make a lasting difference.
