Tom Camden '76 has entered retirement after his last official day in Special Collections on June 30th. Here Tom happily sits with several members of his Special Collections crew. Thank you, Tom, for your tireless efforts to make accessible W&L's rare and unique holdings!

Our speaker for the 2022 Annual Meeting and Symposium for the W&L Friends of the Library is Professor Tom Camden '76, Head of Special Collections. His talk is titled "The Journey Home." Tom will be reflecting on his lifetime of connection with W&L as a student, alumnus, and librarian. This winter, he will be retiring from W&L, and we are not ready to say our goodbyes.

The event will be held on Friday, May 6th at 1pm on Leyburn Level 1 [Collaboration Gallery]. Come join us to see some treasures in Special Collections and collect a few books from our book sale hosted by the Library Student Advisory Board.
