* Burglary 1st,
* Intimidating the Participant in the Legal Process,
* Assault 4th Domestic Violence – Minor Injury,
* Criminal Mischief 2nd, and
* Strangulation 1st (DV).

Trailer stolen from Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office

The box trailer is believed to have been stolen on Saturday after someone cut the lock off the back gate at a county-owned lot.

BREAKING UPDATE: An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with the shooting at Lexington's Charles Young Park that left one teenager dead and several others injured.

According to Lexington police, Jametrius M. Griffin was arrested on Sunday in connection to the shooting and homicide of 16-year-old Di'Zhon Robertson that occurred during the Eastend Days event on Saturday. Griffin is being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.

Police said Griffin is charged with: murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, and tampering with physical evidence.

🚨TRAGIC UPDATE: Lexington Police Chief Lawrence Weathers has released additional information about Saturday evening's shooting, which he confirmed occurred at the Charles Young Park in downtown Lexington.

According to Weathers, five victims have reportedly been shot, including two children (a four year old and a 14 year old) and two adults with non-life-threatening. One victim has been pronounced deceased by the Fayette County Coroner's Office. All four of the surviving victims have been transported to a Lexington hospital.
