Lexington Police say the person in the video entered Fayette Mall sometime after it closed, walked to a kiosk and stole a safe. Witnesses report two people were in the area and one is described as a man wearing a coat, glasses and possibly a wig.

Lexington Police say that on July 18, the man walked into a store in the 200 block of Legends Lane and put several stolen items into a trash bag. When he was confronted leaving the store, police say he pulled a knife and started waving it while saying "back up."
He then ran from the store.

On July 10, a victim in the 1900 block of Cambridge Drive reported that two armed men approached him as he got out of his vehicle and demanded he give them โeverything he had or they would shoot him." When the victim tried to run away, one of the suspects fired a shot in his direction. The two armed, masked men then fled the area, with some of the victim's things, in a silver Chrysler 300.

Lexington Police are investigating a report from July 9, when a woman living in the 700 block of Charles Avenue says this man kicked in her back door, entered her home and walked through her kitchen to the room that she was in. When confronted, he continued to walk through her house before leaving through her front door.

On May 21, Lexington Police were called to the 1200 block of Industry Road to investigate a stolen vehicle. The victim told officers that a company vehicle was driven off the lot around 4am and an onboard dash cam captured this short video of the person believed to be behind the theft.

On April 14, 2024, Lexington Police responded to a Criminal Mischief call on the 1800 block of Alexandria Drive. Camera footage shows a suspect in all black, wearing a mask and one glove, breaking a window with a large rock and kicking out the glass. The suspect then entered the store, stole items and fled towards Antietam Road. ๐จ On June 7 and June 9, 2024, Lexington Police responded to commercial burglaries on Clayโs Mill Road. The suspect, seen on camera in dark clothing and crocs, used a cinder block and a rock to break in and steal various items.

Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is partnering with Lexington-Fayette Animal Care & Control to try and find the person who abandoned and set fire to a litter of 13 puppies. The dogs were discovered on 5/29 on Todd's Road near North Cleveland and are believed to be about eight days old.
Six of the puppies were recovered and taken to ACC, however, all six have since passed away.
