Davidson County Senior Services extends a sincere THANK YOU to the Davidson County Board of Commissioners for proclaiming September 2026 as National Senior Center Month in Davidson County.

This year’s theme, “Happier Birthdays Happen Here,” celebrates the important role senior centers play in creating connection, purpose, support, and community helping older adults not only live longer, but live well. We appreciate our commissioners for recognizing the value of our Lexington and Thomasville Senior Centers and the participants, staff, and volunteers who make them such special places in our community.
