A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee until 11 PM CDT. Another watch for locations farther south is expected later this afternoon/evening.

I Just received the official update on FEMA assistance in Henderson County.
FEMA will have representatives in Lexington beginning on Thursday April 23, 2026. they are setting up a mobile center in the parking lot of the Watson Center at 50 Natchez Trace Drive. The hours of operation will be as follows:
23 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm
24 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm
25 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm
27 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm
28 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm
29 April 2026 from 9:00am until 6:00pm

Individuals who suffered damage during Winter Storm Fern should make effort to come and speak with the FEMA representatives during this time
