(The reason I'm asking you to respond fast is because they're only listing just two events so that means other non-profit organizations will fight this over with us! So the sooner, the better!)

Please find attached the July calendar for volunteering opportunities at the Coliseum Complex. The majority of the events are either World Cup Viewing parties or basketball games.

There is just one concert, scheduled for this Saturday (July 18th). We have enough volunteers to work this event.

We do need volunteers for other events for the rest of the month.

It is doubtful that they will ask us to work any event THIS week because it is too close to let managment know of our availability. But do please check for your availibity for the next two weeks. I'll send you the August calendar as soon as I receive it, probably next week.
