All gun laws are infringements- including the one requiring us to have a permit, should we carry concealed. As your state senator, I will work toward changing this by introducing Constitutional Carry legislation!

After the recent news about Mark Robinson, many of you might not know what to do with your vote… after all, you’d never vote for the traditional opposition party, but also cannot get behind a hypocrite. In this case, I highly suggest considering Mike Ross for NC Governor. Look into him. I think you’ll be impressed.

Attention Davidson and Davie counties:

If you are looking to maximize your freedoms, look no further! I am running for senate district 30!

As your state senator, my first priority will be to introduce legislation that will fully legalize recreational ma*****na. I believe this is what North Carolinians want. I also believe that the General Assembly is dragging its feet on this issue. It’s legal in Virginia, and on the Cherokee reservation. It’s past time to make it legal here.

My second priority will be constitutional carry. The second amendment is your concealed carry permit. Anything else is an infringement.

My third priority will be to introduce legislation to make the Colonel of the State Troopers an elected official. I firmly believe this organization has become tyrannical. The best way to prevent this is for “we the people” to hold their boss accountable, and elections are the best way to make this happen.

My fourth priority will be automobile freedom. I believe the individual can decide for his or herself how much window tint is needed. There is no need for agents of the state government to extort people over this. Furthermore, annual inspections prevent poorer people from driving legally. This needs to be abolished.

Understand, these are issues that I feel strongly about. However, they are not the only issues I am concerned with! Feel free to ask me any questions about other issues! I will be happy to tell you about how we could make you more free!

Hello Davidson and Davie Counties. I am Daniel Cavender, and I am running for NC Senate District 30 as your Libertarian candidate. I believe in two rules: don’t hurt people and don’t take their stuff. As a North Carolina Senator I would work for you to limit the government’s control over your freedoms.
