💙 2026 Lexington Porchfest is officially cancelled.

We’re so disappointed that the weather has made it impossible to gather for Porchfest this year. With the impending storm and high winds in the forecast, the Lexington Council for the Arts and Porchfest organizers have made the difficult decision to cancel all official Porchfest events this weekend.

While we won’t get to enjoy the music this year, we can celebrate the incredible response from our community. We had more musicians signup to play than ever and so many neighbors who stepped up to host. That enthusiasm is what makes Porchfest so special. A huge thank you to all of our musicians, hosts, volunteers and organizers.

We may have to wait a bit longer, but we are already looking forward to Porchfest 2027!
🎶 Save the date: Saturday, September 25, 2027🎶

Thank you, Lexington, for being such an amazing community. ❤️

🎶 Porchfest Needs More Porches! 🎶
We have more bands than host spots, which is a pretty wonderful problem to have, but we need your help! 💛

Interested in hosting music for Lexington Porchfest? We’ve extended the host sign-up deadline to September 15!

Don't get too caught up on the word porch. Any space that faces the street and lets neighbors enjoy the tunes from your property (without blocking the road) is perfect. A driveway, front yard, or other welcoming outdoor space can be a stage for the day!

Hurry over to lexfest.org and we’ll bring music to your house! 🎤🎸🎻

Let’s give all these bands a place to play and turn Lexington into one big neighborhood stage! 💛

Something beautiful is blooming at Lincoln Field! 🌸🎨

This year's utility box mural is currently taking shape, transforming an ordinary piece of infrastructure into a colorful work of public art for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to watch the progress as you pass by Lincoln Field this month—you might even catch a glimpse of the artist at work!
