🚸 It’s back-to-school season, Lexington!

As students head back to class, our streets will be busier with children walking, biking, riding the bus, and crossing the street.

Let’s all do our part:
🛑 Slow down in school zones.
✋ Always stop for crossing guards.
👀 Stay alert for children at crosswalks and bus stops.

🚨 New Kentucky school bus law = new stopping requirements.

As students head back to school, make sure you know when to stop for a school bus. The updated law expands when drivers must stop, helping create a safer trip for children getting on and off the bus.
