We have both youth and adult sports that you can participate in. Looking for somewhere to go walking, take the kids, or experience nature? We have 21 parks throughout Lexington for you to enjoy, with playgrounds,

shelters, ballfields, walking trails, and so much more. Looking for a class to learn a new skill, get in shape, or enrich another aspect of your life? From outdoors classes, arts and crafts, to yoga and aerobics, we have programs for ages 18-months to 95 years old! Don't see anything that interests you? Tell us what you would like to see, and we can start a class for you! Our mission is to promote community pride and wellness through diverse, intentional, and relevant leisure opportunities. Our vision for Lexington is a vibrant, healthy, energized, and progressive community. ⚽We had beautiful weather yesterday for our last spring matchday, and now we are looking forward to summer! We currently have 4 teams signed up and there is still room for more. Bring your crew and register a team, or sign up as a free agent and we will find you a spot.

League plays on Sunday afternoon games at Finch Park and games start this Sunday 6/7. Only $50/player, but registration closes Wednesday 6/3 so don't wait!

Spring soccer wrapped up last week and what a season it was with over 300 kids participating! Seeing them learn, grow, compete, and have fun is why we do what we do. ⚽️ World Cup starts soon, but let’s be honest, the closest you’re getting to that field is in the stands. If you want a laid-back way to have fun, get active, and play some soccer (while keeping your hamstring or ACL intact), our adult coed soccer league is a great way to get back in the game. Games are Sunday afternoons at Finch Park starting June 7, come with a squad or join a team as a free agent! $50/player.

Let's try this again, the Lexington Aquatic Park opens TODAY! After getting rained out yesterday, we are ready to make a splash this afternoon.

Before you head out this summer, here's what you need to know:
💦 Pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12:30 to 5:00
💦 Pool is open on Memorial Day and July 4th
💦 Admission is just $2 for ages 0–17 and $4 for adults
💦 Pool closes during inclement weather, call 336-242-1121 before making the trip if storms are in the forecast.

Pro tip for parents: if the kids say the water is cold, tell them to swim faster and they'll warm up in no time 👊

Summer Adult Softball starts June 1 and there is still time for you to get in the game! There are two divisions for the summer league, Open and Women's.

🥎 Grab your friends and register a team
🥎 Sign up as a free agent and be placed with a team
🥎 Be an umpire and get paid (must be certified or willing to get certified)

We will have FREE open play next Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 at Finch Park. Grab some bio-freeze, dust off your glove, and come get the rust out of your swing.
