Established in 1966 by the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors, the Public Service Authority (PSA) is dedicated to managing water and sewer services for residents of Rockbridge County. Through collaborative partnerships with the Maury Service Authority, the cities of Lexington and Buena Vista, and the town of Glasgow, the PSA ensures the seamless provision of essential water and wastewater serv

Collaborative Partnerships: The Maury Service Authority owns and operates water and wastewater treatment plants within the county, supplying water and wastewater services to both the City of Lexington and the PSA. Additionally, the City of Buena Vista provides water and sewer services for the Route 60 East subdivision of Rivermont Heights and supplies water to a portion of the Long Hollow system. Service Coverage: Our services extend to customers in various areas, including the Lexington area, Route 11 north corridor to Fairfield and Raphine, Rivermont Heights Subdivision, Natural Bridge Station, as well as the Arnold's Valley, Buck Hill, and Long Hollow communities.
