NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Holiday Lakes Cleanup & Environmental Remediation
Lafayette County, Missouri is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for cleanup and environmental remediation services on County-owned property located within Holiday Lakes Camping Resort, Sawmill Valley Drive, Odessa, Missouri.

The project includes removal and proper disposal of regulated solid waste, documentation of disposal, and site restoration.

Lafayette County, Missouri is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for design and installation of perimeter fencing on County-owned parcels within Holiday Lakes Camping Resort, Sawmill Valley Drive, Odessa, Missouri.

The purpose of the project is to deter unauthorized access, illegal dumping, and open burning.

The Lafayette County Planning & Economic Development Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lafayette County Sheriff Training Room located at 107 S 11th St, Lexington, MO 64067. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a Plat Amendment of Lots 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 located in Lake Lorelei Subdivision from Elijah Crowley. The subject property is located on Highway 224, Napoleon, MO. The 1.008-acre tract once combined is zoned Agricultural (AG). The parcel ID numbers are: 12-6.0-24-0-003-015.000 & 12-6.0-24-0-003-014.000 & 12-6.0-24-0-003-011.000.

CLEANING SERVICES
Lafayette County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide cleaning services for the Lafayette County Courthouse, Lafayette Hall, and the Annex Building.
Bid specifications and full RFB documents are available at the Lafayette County Clerk’s Office, 1001 Main Street, Lexington, MO 64067, or online at www.lafayettecountymo.gov under “Public Notices.”
An optional walkthrough of all buildings will be held on December 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are encouraged to attend.
Sealed bids marked “CLEANING SERVICES” must be received in the County Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 22, 2025. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at the next regular meeting of the County Commission.
Lafayette County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
