As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, we'll explore the last of the Four Pillars of Mental Health (physical, cognitive, emotional, and social).

Social: Human connection plays a powerful role in mental health. Social health reflects the quality of our relationships, our sense of belonging, and the support systems we lean on or offer to others. Research shows that loneliness can be as harmful to your health as smoking 15 ci******es a day. The good news? Connection doesn't have to be complicated- CredibleMind can help!
