Lincoln County Health Department is still without phones and has unreliable internet due to the power outage last week. Our IT department is working hard to fix this issue. The health department wanted to let the public know that after the power outage yesterday we are still without phones. Sorry to all those who are trying to call, we are not ignoring anyone, we just can't access our phones. It is being worked on and we hope to have them back soon.
