Join us for this year’s largest indoor Halloween event in Southwest Kansas October 30th. We are needing businesses/organizations to host a booth at our Halloween Bash. Booths are to provide a game to win a treat for our small guests.

Come out and showcase your creativity and business. Winning prizes for most creative and spookiest booths. Did I mention no fee for booth space!

We will have lots more this year and would love for you to be a part of this amazing event!

We would like to thank everyone that showed up and all that where a part of our Back to School Fair. We had a very successful event and are looking forward to next years.

Thank you to Genesis Family Health staff for coming out and preforming our free sports physicals. A shout out to the USD 480 parent coordinators for your support. Grateful to Meadowlark Elementary for being our hosting site, resource vendors and agencies for providing a booth and information for our guests, and thank you to our volunteers for coming in to help and most importantly our sponsors who made this event possible. United Healthcare, Bank of the Plains, Southern Pioneer Electric, HECO, Southwest Roofing, Lucena’s Party Attractions. We sincerely appreciate Liberal Weissel Boxing Club for preparing our food for our guests and Rey’s Muffler and Midnight Print Co for purchasing our food items. Our volunteers will be greeting you at the door and accepting all school supply donations. These supplies will be give to our local students within Seward County and surrounding communities.
