🎉 Congratulations to our May Para Educator and Educator of the Month! 🎉

Our Para Educator of the Month for May is Miss Jackie! Miss Jackie is always outside during morning duty greeting students with a smile and making sure everyone stays safe while crossing the crosswalks. She takes on every task assigned to her with a positive attitude and willingness to help. She does an amazing job in the classroom and consistently holds students to high expectations. We are so thankful for all she does for Prairie View!

Our Educator of the Month is our Social Worker, Larissa Lujan! Larissa is incredible at what she does and is always available to support not only our students, but also our staff and parents. She goes above and beyond to make meaningful connections and provide support wherever it is needed. We are grateful for her dedication, compassion, and the positive impact she makes every day!

Congratulations to both of these amazing PVE Pioneers! 💛

What a fun way to wrap up the school year! ☀️ Our students had a blast enjoying Field Day activities and showing off their amazing talents during the talent show. We are so proud of all of our students and the memories made this year.

Last week we celebrated our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade Awards Assemblies! We are so proud of our students and all of their hard work and accomplishments throughout the year. Thank you to all of the parents and families who joined us to celebrate our students’ success and achievements. We appreciate your continued support!

Today we held our annual Cultural Fiesta! Thank you to all of our parents, families, and friends for supporting our students and school. Our students and teachers did an amazing job showcasing and organizing their hard work, talents, and cultures!

A huge shoutout to Seymour Rogers Middle School for allowing us to use the gym, and a special thank you to Isabelle Sullenger for the beautiful decorations that helped make this event so special. Events like these are a wonderful reminder of the pride and support within our Prairie View family! 💙💛

Happy School Nurse’s Day to our very own Michelle Hay! 🩺💙

We are so grateful for all that she does to care for our students each and every day. From helping students when they’re not feeling well, to managing medications, supporting student health plans, and responding quickly in times of need—she does it all with calm, care, and compassion.

She is also a trusted support for our staff and families, always willing to lend a helping hand, answer questions, and ensure our school stays healthy and safe.

Prairie View is truly blessed to have her as part of our team. Thank you, Michelle, for your dedication, kindness, and the countless ways you take care of our school community! 👏

The Prairie View Dual Language Lottery MANDATORY meeting will be Thursday, May 7 at 8 AM or 6 PM! This year, Prairie View parents will also be required to attend one of the meetings if they would like their kindergartener to be considered for the dual language program.
