The Education Foundation has had so much fun sharing our top 10 Class of 2026 graduates with you as we’ve counted down the final 10 days of the school year. We are just amazed at the achievements of these students and so grateful for the teachers they chose to recognize!

There is so much good happening in our schools and we’ve loved sharing a piece of that with the community. We hope our impact teachers enjoy dinner at The Standard on Vaughn, one of our many community supporters!

With only 1 day of school left, it is time to meet the 2026 Valedictorian of Liberty Hill High School, Pranav Nichenametla. He plans to attend UT Austin with the hopes of a career as a quantum physics researcher. There is no doubt that Mr. Vega made a profound impact on Pranav!

With only 2 more days of school left, it is time to recognize our LHHS Class of 2025 Salutatorian, Rita Gerten!

Rita is headed to College Station in the Fall to study Chemical Engineering and wants to play in the A&M Concert Band. Rita chose to recognize Coach Doan for her impact on her time on the Lady Panthers Basketball team. Congrats Rita and thank you Coach Doan!

Just 3 more days of school calls for celebrating our #3 graduate, DeAnna Jorde. DeAnna will be pursuing a Business Analytics degree at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. She hopes to one day have a career as a business consultant. DeAnna chose to recognize Mrs. Karr as her impact teacher. Congratulations DeAnna and Mrs. Karr!

Over the next 4 days we will be counting down the end of the school and the top 4 graduates from the LHHS Class of 2026. Coming in at #4 is Carson Albrecht. Carson is committed to the University of Richmond in Virginia, double majoring in molecular biology/biochemistry and English. His impact teacher is librarian, Lauren Claymon. Thank you Mrs. Claymon for making an impact on the LHHS campus and congratulations Carson!

Anthony will be attending Texas A&M University to pursue a degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Nuclear Engineering. Congratulations Anthony and Mr. Joshua Munoz, for making an impact on Anthony’s high school years.
