A note of clarification to Liberty Residents: If you live on the western side of Rt 15, you will be receiving your ambulance membership forms from Morris Ambulance towards the end of April. Those on the eastern side of Rt. 15 who want an ambulance membership should have already received one from the Blossburg Ambulance Association. Should you have any questions, you can contact Blossburg Fire & Ambulance or Morris Fire Dept Sta. 15 directly.

Juat a reminder to keep your furnace vents clear of snow during snowstorms, as a blocked vent can lead to a dangerous buildup of carbon monoxide inside your home due to the inability of exhaust gases to properly escape.

*A blocked furnace vent can prevent your furnace from functioning properly, potentially causing carbon monoxide to accumulate in your home, which is colorless, odorless, and can be deadly.

*During snowy weather, regularly check your outdoor furnace vents for snow buildup and clear them as needed.

*Use a shovel or broom to brush away or remove snow.

*Even if the initial snowfall isn't heavy, drifting snow can still cover your

The Volunteers at Liberty Volunteer Fire Company celebrated the holiday season with a company dinner and a visit from Santa. It was a great night out with our families who sacrifice alot every time we go out on a call.
