You might have noticed some changes in our yard lately… There’s a new kid in town, and her name is Peanut! 🥜🐾🐶💜 We haven’t had a pupper in our yard in a few years, so it was about time we fixed that! (And the fence! 🤪)

Peanut is a 6 month old beagle mix that we adopted from the incredible . She is super sweet and super smart! We are still working on using our manners, so we apologize if she barks at you when you visit the library. She’s a very good girl, with a very big bark!

We refilled the treat jar with some fun Peeps dog biscuits, and added some Easter and spring books! 🐰💐 Come visit us on your next w-a-l-k! 🐾🦴🦮🐕‍🦺🐕🐩

When I checked the library last night, it was looking pretty full. 🩷 It’s been so amazing to see our neighbors popping by, with arms full of groceries, to keep the pantry stocked. Our little community is pretty amazing!

I am happy to share that Plum Rose Reads has officially transformed into Plum Rose Eats. 🩷 The books are stored safely until it’s time to share them again. The dog treat jar is full, and we have lots of stickers and pencils to share.

Some changes are coming to Plum Rose Reads...

In response to recent events, Plum Rose Reads will transform into Plum Rose Eats for the month of November. In the coming days, we'll pack up the books and unpack some groceries to help our community during these uncertain times. (Don't worry, the dog treats and stickers will stay! 😉🐾) We hope to be back to sharing books soon, but we are glad to be able to use our little library to help our friends and neighbors.

Take what you need, leave what you can. Be kind to eachother. 🩷
