I'm willing to bet the majority of you came across The Music Shop through one of our ads. We would like to present a challenge as we near the 100 like mark (remember what the first 100 to like us get *hint hint*), it's your turn to bring us to the attention of others. Spread the word, whoever can bring in the most referrals (people tell us who told them about The Music Shop) will have a chance to come intern with us and learn what it's like to run a business from the inside out.

We've made it past the halfway mark of our first 100 likes. Remember, the first 100 to like us gain access to our facility, amenities and tutoring at no cost for their first month. Don't be scared away by the word "cost" though, details will be available soon.

This may or may not interest you folks but, there is a board member meeting coming up during which we will begin the decision making process for when to open our doors and how much more as well as what else we can provide for the community. Be excited! We're getting very close to being open for business.

Our like growth has stabilized over the last week with no more major gains. Let's have some feed back; should be continue the contest to give away a month of tutoring and access to our amentities or should you first 43 who liked us in our first month of activity be the chosen few?

It's amazing what free stuff can do to inspire people. We've surpassed 30 likes, nearly to 40 now, can we get another surge of participation from the community and reach that 100 like mark by the end of the month? Remember, the first 100 people to like us receive one month free tutoring and access to all of our amenitites and activities at no cost for one month.

We're almost to 30 likes and January is halfway over. We would like to see the likes hit the 100 mark by the end of the month. So, as an incentive; we would like to offer to the first 100 people who like us a free month of tutoring as well as access to all of our amenities at no cost for one month. Our website will detail all of the services, activities and amentities that we have to offer as well as projected opening dates, tenative calendar of events and a list of our staff and members of the community who have endorsed our endeavors.

Excellent work folks, we've passed 20 likes. The Music Shop met with its legal advisors yesterday and we'll be taking the next step toward opening starting tomorrow. Expect more good news soon, the next couple of weeks will be full of meetings, recruiting volunteers and receiving donations such as 2 each of the following: Xbox 360 with Kinect!, Play Station 3 with Move!, Wii with remote accessories!

We've nearly doubled our likes and more than doubled the number of people talking about is in only 4 days, wonderful news. As part of our after school program we're going to offer tutoring sessions for those in both middle school and high school. We've brought on 2 full time tutors and 2 more part time tutors to join our team so that we can best serve this community and it's youth.

9 Likes and 3 people Talking about this in our first week of announcing The Music Shop, lets increase these numbers folks. The Music Shop will be introducing an after school program for those in the middle school age group, as well as; Friday and Saturday night live entertainment and movie viewings voted on by the community for the high school age groups. As for those of you that arn't in school any more, feel free to join us any time during normal business hours and partake of our free wifi with drink purchase to get some work done or take a load off.
